Clearing Attachments

Clear out all those old patterns of neediness and self-sabotage. This and the next exercise are based on a cult deprogramming course adapted for use with Rapid Eye Technology. I've adapted them for use as imagery exercises. Do this exercise regularly and free yourself from old attachments and karmic entanglements. Clearing for Prosperity

Clear out all those old patterns of poverty, worthlessness, and withholding. Increase your level of joy and enjoyment with life in general. Do this exercise regularly and watch your prosperity grow into a natural pattern for you.

Cutting

This and the following two imagery exercises represent a trio of healing imagery exercises that are intended to be used together. Cutting releases old hurts and psychic pollutants held in the body tissues. The concept is that of a thread connecting to the negative pollutants in each cell of the body, floating to the front of the body whereupon all those threads are pulled and stretched until they can stretch no further - then they are cut off at the cell walls. Thwap! Like millions of tiny rubber bands - small amounts left in each cell while the major parts collect away from the body to be dealt with using the Cubing portion described below.

Merging

Where does all that negative (dark) energy go that's left in every cell after the cutting? We migrate all that negativity (darkness) to one side of the body and evenly distribute it. Next we fill the other side with light and lightness and evenly distribute that. Then we merge the dark energy with light energy to produce light energy throughout - like when you turn on a light in a dark room - the room doesn't turn gray - it turns light. Merging opens the alkaline youthing chemicals of the Pituitary gland, sending the body into a relaxed, healing state, most conducive to healing work. Practice this imagery exercise daily and watch your body become more youthful right before your eyes.

Cubing

Learn to feed your body on the negative emotions, negative feelings, and negative attitudes of others - and yourself!

Is it possible? - feed the body on negative energy? Even the negative energy of other people? YES! Absolutely! This exercise teaches the body how to process the negative emotions, negative attitudes, and dark energies of others and oneself - like the leftovers from the Cutting you did before (see Cutting above). Practicing this exercise daily can give you a sense of well-being and strength even in the presence of the raging emotional storms of others.

Use road rage to your own personal advantage. Feed your body on negative emotional energy rather than physical food and watch the scales drop over time - until your body is in superb condition.

How can this be done? Actually, it's being done every day among those who know the secrets to subtle energy. It has to do with the subtle energy patterns of the physical body - these are the constructs that hold the body together in a cohesive mass - why it is that you have a skeleton, muscles, and nails that look like a human instead of a mass of chemicals and compounds held together willy-nilly.

At the seat of your body's trunk is a special place known as the perineum. It is the spot from which your whole body grew. At the subtle energy level - the level at which emotion exists as a feeling - the perineum's function is to transmute energy for the good of the body.

So, why negative energy? I just spent time with Cutting getting rid of all that...

The body is like a light bulb in that it doesn't much care whether energy is positive or negative in order for it to make use of it. For example, connect a flashlight battery across a battery and it will light. Switch the polarity of the battery in connection with the light and the light will still light. The light is polarity insensitive. The body is the same way when it comes to energy. Whether an energy source is perceived as positive or negative has no bearing whatsoever on whether the body can use that energy. The body can use it just as well. To the body, energy is just energy. And it is the function of the perineum to make it so.

Cubing uses the unique action/function of the perineum to make the negative energy of others useful to you and makes it possible for you to feed off the negative energy of others (as well as the positive you already use). It's merely a change of perspective and sets you up for an attitude in which you may actively feel fulfilled and joyful in the presence of overwhelming negativity.

How to use this CD

Each of these imagery exercises is designed to cleanse, feed, and/or strengthen the body/mind system and help you achieve a state of awakened awareness in this dimension - a state of lucid living in which the dimension answers to you.

We recommend that you listen to all the imageries and pick out the one you like best and practice it until you feel confident with your results. Then go back and try another imagery exercise and practice it until you feel confident with it, too.

Alternatively, you may wish to experience all the imagery exercises or a number of them daily until you feel that your life is manageable and you are achieving your personal goals. For some people, gaining control of their lives will be enough. For others, spiritual attunement and awareness is the goal. And still for others, personal empowerment.
